I am concerned about how to defend our homes against fire and the encroachment of traffic. I would like to see our infrastructure of roads and communications improved without losing our neighborhood feel.

I am a self-employed Marketing Professional and I have a background in community planning issues having served as the Chair and CPC representative for the North Bay Community Planning Group.
Nancy Moon	3		Resident of Del Mar Heights since 1999. Senior Technical Writer, Chemical and Instrument, at Illumina Inc. I am interested in the areas of fire safety, water conservation, protecting property values by maintaining cooperation between neighbors, road noise abatement and traffic calming.

It's important to me to strike a balance between acceptable expansion, reasonably comfortable restrictions, and adherence to a belief that communities have a right to self-determination.
